The course gives basic knowledge in economics and finance for more advanced studies. Among others, the topics accounting, micro and macro economics, the economic climate in the hospitality industry and risk analysis.
marketing and sales (9p)
The course provides knowledge in all areas of marketing. About trends, communications, planning and more. The course will also provide expertise in sales tailored to hospitality situations.
organisation, leadearship and hr-management (5p)
This course provides knowledge about organisation and leadership. How to lead a company with everything from staff recruitment and group dynamics to efficiency.
degree droject (5p)
In this course you should take advantage of all knowledge and do a thesis on a selected topic in Hospitality Management. Information collection and analysis, problem formulation, idea generation, development and practical solution.
rooms division and conference management (5p)
This course provides knowledge on how to lead various departments in hospitality, such as reception, housekeeping and conference.

This course provides knowledge in all relevant software and data security on the company and customers.
food and beverage management (4p)
This course provides i.a. knowledge about management principles and human resource strategies across a range of food and beverage operations. But also about the factors which effect profitability in food and beverage operations and the historical evolution of gastronomy.

This course provides knowledge on how best to behave towards a guest. How to build a longstanding relationship, how to be effective and how to communicate better.
food and beverage skills (2p)
This course provides knowledge on food and drink along with a customer. That is, knowledge of what food and drink consists of and what it tastes, principles of cooking, serving of food and more.

This course provides knowledge of the tourism industry's structure and its history and development.

This course provides knowledge on the laws relating to hospitality industry from an international perspective. The case of the contract, guests' rights and more.

This course provides knowledge in the project manager role. Planning, implementation and evaluation of projects.
internship (27p)
